TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply when you browse Banner Box or place an order through our online store.
Orders and payment
Product prices and available options are shown in South African rand. Shopify securely handles checkout, payment, taxes, discounts, and order creation.
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we can fulfil the selected products and options.
Artwork and approval
Print-ready artwork may be uploaded at no additional artwork cost. Paid artwork services are charged at the selected R99, R199, or R399 level.
Production begins only after artwork approval. You are responsible for checking and approving all details shown in the proof.
Production and product appearance
Production generally takes 10–14 working days after artwork approval. Product images are illustrative, and final colours or positioning may vary slightly according to artwork, materials, screens, and product specifications.
Delivery
Delivery charges are separate from product prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Free local delivery applies within 10 km of Banner Box; other South African deliveries use the courier option available at checkout.
