SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver Banner Box products throughout South Africa and offer free local delivery within 10 km of Banner Box.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for eligible addresses within 10 km of Banner Box. Eligibility is confirmed from the delivery address supplied at checkout.
Nationwide courier delivery
Orders outside the free local delivery area are sent by nationwide courier. Courier charges are calculated separately at checkout according to the combined shipping weight of your order.
Orders above 70 kg require a courier quote. Where shown at checkout, we will contact you to confirm the courier charge before dispatch.
Production and delivery timing
Production generally takes 10–14 working days after artwork approval. Delivery time is additional and varies according to your location and courier service.
Production begins only after your artwork has been approved.
