RETURNS POLICY
Every Banner Box order is checked before dispatch. Because branded items are made to order, returns are handled according to the circumstances below.
Custom printed products
Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned because of a change of mind once artwork has been approved and production has started.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order, contact us as soon as possible at admin.bannerbox@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or other remedy in line with applicable South African consumer law.
Artwork approval
You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, measurements, layout, and other details on the artwork proof before approval. Approved artwork is used for production.
Non-custom items
For any eligible non-custom item, contact us before returning it. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned according to the instructions we provide.
